Subject: Extending Fraternal Greetings.
Dear Comrades,
With heartfelt honour and pleasure we hereby extend our warmest proletarian greetings to the Presidium of the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Australia and all the comrade attendees.
The Congress took place at the time when the US imperialist is getting more and more bogged down in Middle-east and North African quagmire while unity among the anti-imperialist forces around the world is getting stronger.
The struggle of the Communist Party of Australia and the working people of Australia against social injustice and repressive measures of the bourgeois ruling class, as well as the diktats of the US imperialists, is a great inspiration for the people of our country. We always regard it as our comrades fighting on the other front.
Today, thanks to the military dictators’ “Open Door Policy”, our nation and our people are also facing the economic invasion and spread of political influence of the western imperialists. By rewarding various kinds of concessions and special privileges to the generals lavishly, Washington has drawn Burma into its perimeters of encircling China. Thus, the people of Australia and the people of our country have to stand arm in arm against the common international enemy.
After gaining blessing from the “global cop”, the military dictators from Burma have waged wave after wave of economic and political onslaughts against the workers, peasants and urban poor of our country, During a short period of three years after their phony election in 2010, the richness of the generals and their cronies has manifold whereas the poor people have been reduced to dust.
We believe that our two parties are bound by ties of time-tested fraternal relations and we shall try to consolidate this relationship as we march forward together.
We wish The 12th Congress of the Communist Party of Australia a great success and crowned with more successes after adoption of resolutions at this congress.
